I received NOI from Ontario last month. I have CRS score less than 400 and had job offer but unfortunately for some reason, that job offer is no longer valid.
1. Should I apply for OINP in this case? Is it risky? I still have minimum 67 points to meet the criteria though.
Or else should I arrange another job offer letter and apply then only?
2. Has anyone with CRS less than 400 and without any job offer received NOI from Ontario? Or is it that it was sent only to those with job offer?
