Hi Folks,

I have some questions and only 5 days to submit my application.

1. I haven't received my US PCC yet. It was mailed on 11 July 2017 by FBI.
What should be my next steps, should i go ahead and submit application with proof that it is already in process and was requested well in time.

2. I am not claiming any points for work experience of my spouse and when i filled the application(pre ITA initial application) i mentioned that she is not working.
Now while filling the final application. Do i show her employment details under work history and mentioned in LOE that we are not claiming any points for these hence no proofs attached.

3. Need clarification on Photographs as well. Do i need to get photographs clicked at studio (Size 50mm X 70mm with application details, studio name stamped at back) and them scan them and upload.

1. If you do not receive the PCC by the deadline, submit proof of applying for it with your application, and mention you are waiting for it in your LoE.

3. Some people get them done at a studio, some brave souls do it themselves. Personally I got mine done at a studio, scanned & uploaded them because they're professional photographers who knew what I needed.

1. Follow mgnlky's suggestion.

2. Mention her work experience in her Personal History and leave her Work History blank. You will be asked to submit proofs only for items that you keep in Work History.

3. For e-APR, you don't need to scan a physical photo. Click the "information (i)" button against photograph on the documents upload page. It will give you a detailed description of e-APR photo requirements. 35*45 is for e-APR and 50*70 is when you get your Passport Request (PPR). So get a digital photo from studio in a USB and upload it. No applicant details (on the back) needed for e-APR.

Dear Lotus
Wont they reject my application if i dont provide experience letter of my spouse ?? in fact it was added in pre ITA application and if i change it after ITA then would that be risky?? of i can explain that in LOE?? that i am not gonna claim any point for this thats y i removed this from work history?? i m just dubious they might reject my application...:(

Thanks.

So is it alright to put employment under personal history for my spouse and nothing under Work History.

Also when do i see the documents upload link, as i don;t see it currently. Will it be available once i complete all the sections?

No risk, the spouse's foreign work experience is irrelevant and adds no value to the principal applicant's application.

Thanks this helps.
Also do i see upload documents only once i complete filling all the sections in my application?

Don't bother much about the photo. Just go to this site, upload an existing photo, use Canadian PR settings and use whatever it gives.

Just make sure that it has minimum required size and dimensions.

My understanding for eAPR photo is just something like what you paste when you submit physical application for, like merely for identification and not for anything else (like stamping etc.). They request physical photos after PPR, and that is when you need to bother about specifications as it would be stamped to passport.
