Hello everyone,
I really need some answers, so here is my husband's situation, I sent his application May 2019 and received an email indicating that I met the eligibility to sponsor and the application been sent to Nairobi office for farther processing, in August 2019.
my husband has not been asked to give biometrics or medical check-up yet but on Oct 8, 2019, we received an invitation pre-arrival letter. so my question is, what could this invitation pre-arrival letter mean?

Pre-arrival means eligibility passed. In other words your application has been approved as spousal sponsorship. You'll still need to do meds/bio etc.
