Urgent question

I will submit my initial application this week, but i still have a question about imm0008_3e(Schedule 3 Economic Classes) form. In section 5, it talk about the English ability, how can i answer this question although i did not take the exam yet ?

On other hand, i took the IELTS in 2008, can i fill the table using these results ?

You can make a guess and insert points, as you have already taken IELTS so you know better where you stand !!

However, it does not matter if you score less points in the actual test than what you stated in the application.. What matters is that your overall score should be at least 67.
