I just got the news that my wife is pregnant, btw- i have sent my app on May 27 and waiting for it to be processed....guys! is there a way or any similar cases where they would speed up the process for me to be with my wife.....do u think i can atleast get a visa for travel now???

Nope they won't speed it up, and you have to apply for a TRV.
