Urgent question - Form B4 My relative bringing stuff from US to Canada.

Hi..

I landed in canada recently.When i landed, i declared a few items that will be brought later basically customs exempt.

My relative who is an US citizen is visiting us.

If i give him a copy of the CBSA form. Can he bring the items without any issues as its pre-declared?
