Urgent question after receiving mail to send passports for COPR

Hello all,
I received mail to send passports for COPR stamping..
My query is my son is US citizen,do I need to send his passport also?
And wen I have to send passports I have to send 2 photos also, do I need to send anything else?

Follow the instructions in the email to avoid confusing them which might cause delay.
The email should state which country passports need to be sent and if photos needed.
