Status of my fast track application at CIC New Delhi as follows:-
We received your application for permanent residence on July 29, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 22, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on September 30, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 19, 2010.
We recieved our Medical & PP request in March & sent them on 25-03-10 which they recieved on 26-03-10.
We recieved a letter dated 30-03-10 that the permanent residence fee we sent was greater than RPRF, which we further resend on
17-04-10 & they recieved on 19-04-10.
I found out from my bank that the DD has been encashed already.My status is still In Process.
By how many weeks is the possibility that my file will get delayed to process further. When will the status change & how long do i have to wait for my PP.
