Urgent !!! Query regarding Indian passport renewal in Canada

Hi,

I landed as a PR in Canada recently and my passport is going to expire by end of next month.I have couple of questions regarding my renewal.

1.I have only Rogers Home Internet Bill as proof.Service Ontario accepted this as address proof for processing Ohip.Will BLS also accept the same ?

2.Can I use Tatkal option to get the passport quickly.If so do they need any additional documents.

1. They accept utility bill but you can call and verify if they accept the internet bill.
2. No issue in availing tatkal. All they care about is additional fee. No other documentation required.
