Urgent query for proof of family relation under Express entry

Hello. I already have my ITA under Express entry Federal Skilled Worker. My uncle(father's brother) is a Canadian citizen. In proof of relation I am providing documents with me and my grandfather's name and my uncle and his father's name. But due to old and outdated documents my grandfather's name on both document does not match exactly as he has a long name with multiple variations for writing it.
Is this a problem, if yes, then what is the probably solution.
I hope my query makes sense.

Simply include a letter of explanation about the name and it will be fine.

Hi Guys,

Am also having the similar issue where my and my brother's passport shows minor difference in parents names.
Is LOE is enough to prove this difference? Is Letter of Explanation worked our for you?
