Hi to all..
i am planning to submit my application after a month,i have few queries which need to be resolved with the guidance of seniors.
i am mentioning my queries in a sequence please answer it according to their numbers.

here is a short background to let you guys know the scenario.

I started working as an assistant accountant in a small garments factory (having 40 machines approx) in the third quarter of 2006. After completing my intermediate exams,i took admission in B.com as a full time student and in the start of 2007 i started working as an accountant in the same firm. i used to go to the college/coaching center in the morning from 9 a.m to 12 a.m( 6 days a week) and then from the afternoon till evening i used to work as an accountant and the timings were 1 p.m to 7 p.m( 6 days a week) in the evening. i worked in the same way for 2 years till the completion of B.com i.e December 2008 and then from January 2009 i started working full time from 9 a.m to 6 p.m.

these are my queries

1) how much points will i get for my work experience?

2) do they consider small company experience as well?

3) is it necessary that i have to perform all duties mentioned in the NOC description? there are i think 6 duties mentioned in the NOC web page,but it is also mentioned that all or some duties of them must have to be performed by the applicant,so what do they mean by some? will one duty be enough as well if its according to their list?

4) does the company has to be pvt ltd or public ltd?or sole proprietor company can also work?and do the sole proprietor company has to be registered with the govt as well?

5) if it needs to be registered then what happens when the company's status has just moved from sole proprietor to pvt ltd? u can say 6 months ago?

6) does the company need to have fax number,website etc?

That was a long post. However, here r some answers:

Small or big.. it really doesn't matter.

About 75-80% duties u must perform.
4) does the company has to be pvt ltd or public ltd?or sole proprietor company can also work?and do the sole proprietor company has to be registered with the govt as well?
The structure/composition of the company is irrelevant.
5) if it needs to be registered then what happens when the company's status has just moved from sole proprietor to pvt ltd? u can say 6 months ago?
Reply is ditto to point-4.

Tele-Fax: Yes. Website: irrelevant.

all the replies u gave me really helped but if u can plz assess the work experience duration and give me any idea that how much points i will get? because thats the thing im not sure about and i need an expert/senior person advice just like u on this question..

Plz wait for some more answers to ur 1st point. An 'Accountant applicant' would be better at it.
