URGENT - Processing Payment Issue

Hi All,

Quick question - has anyone ran into payment issue?

Essentially I paid then the page stuck at "processing transaction", i then refreshed the page but it gave me a "source error", and when i logged in again it showed "Proccessing Payment" and showing forever.

Wondering if anyone experiencing the same.

Did you get your resolved? if so how long did it take and how?

Erm, why would you refresh the page? You wait for as long as it takes.

check your CC company to see if was processed or not.

You have to send an e-mail to CIC so they can analyze this error.

I didn't even get to enter my payment information.
I pressed the button to go to the payment page then I got an error saying it was down for maintenance.
Logged back in to find my profile status as "Proccessing Payment".
I submitted a technical support ticket but want know how long it will take.

@kghost @jasca did you guys get this resolved? How long did it take?

For me it tok around 30 min to get rid of "Processing Payment" message and get another change to make payment.

takes about an hour.. check back again in an hour or two. don't need to alert cic

Hi,

Can someone please help me in this payment process issue. I have initiated the payment process after uploading all the documents at around 10.40pm IST yesterday. The page is still showing 'processing transaction please wait '. I am worried to refresh the page, as it might decline the payment or initiate a double payment. It would be truly helpful, if someone could help me out with the further steps. I have 20days left to submit my application
