urgent processing for pr renewal

Can those who got their pr card processed under urgent processing advise what they submitted as proof for urgent request?
Was ticket and proof of payment enough? Or did they have to explain also the reason for the urgent processing (family member sick? Etc)
Please kindly share your experience and the time it took for you to receive the card?
