my PGWP got approved today and hopefully I will get it by mail this week. However, my TRV expires in few days so I still have to apply for TRV but I am leaving Canada next week. Can I apply online before I go and send my passport for stamping from back home?.
I am afraid to apply from back home because it is very complicated and they will ask about my financial support job offer..etc.

you cant do it from ur country - i mean u cant send your passport to canada ..
