Urgent Plz help!!

Hello Everyone,
I am on an Open Work permit in Canada and applied for visitor visa of my parents. They applied online to Delhi on 7th june 2015 and the representative forward passports of my parents and extra documents on 8th June 2015 in a package.The representative of my parents got an email from immigration that they need my dads expired passport copy. I am scared why they ask for that? Is it everything normal? Can I expect good news??

It's really impossible for any of us to say what this means. Perhaps CIC wants to see your father's past travel for some reason. All your parents can really do is submit the requested information as soon as they can and hope for a positive result.

Yes he submitted the copy of old passport on friday.
