URGENT PLZ.........help regarding RPRF payment to islamabad,pakistan?

i need to know that do we need to send RPRF to islamabad visa office along with the complete application or do we need to wait for them to ask for it later,plz reply me urgently i m much confused..
Also do we need to send our original degrees and documents or just their photocopies.plz help me seniors

You can if you want howeevr should you not they will ask for it at a later date in the future. Paying now might give you some lead time in terms of processing.
