this is one of the several ways you can apply for pr.
in this your approval chances for pr is almost 100% as the province has approved you and say you are needed in the province.
so this makes it strong.
getting mpnp does not make you permanent until u get the pr from the federal government.
the mpnp does not have the power to give you permanent residency. it can just nominate its candidates. there are chances of rejection of PR still by the federal government even after u receive ur MPNP. but this is very very rare.
once you are nominated by a province u should get PR
