Hi, I have a visitor visa for three years and I have been visiting Calgary for two times. The first time i went, the officer asked the purpose of my visit and I said it was to visit my family and improving my English. The second time they asked me the same and I said that I was going to visit my boyfriend.

Now I'm in Mexico and I will come back to Calgary on April to do the CLBA at Sait so I can start studying English on May 4 to meet the requirements to start my career program at Sait on January 2017 and at the same time I'll be living with my boyfriend. Will I have problems with the officers when they ask me the reason of my visit and where am I staying?

It's hard to say with the information you have provided.

- How long were your previous two visits?
- When were your previous two visits?
- How long do you plan on staying this time?
- Will you have a return ticket?
- If asked, will you be able to show proof of ties to your home country? (e.g. employment, property ownership)
- Will you be able to show a bank balance with sufficient funds to cover your costs while in Canada as a visitor? If so, how much do you plan to show?
