urgent please help

i recently traveled to india ,unfortunately i lost my passport .i have applied for new passport and i got it
my flight back to toronto is on june 6th 2017,how am i suppose to get stamping done (or) is there any certificate i can get to travel

please let me know what can be done .

If you are PR then you can travel with new passport and PR Card.
