urgent please help filling out sponsorship evaualtion

hello everyone I am having difficulty in answering questions 4,5,6,7 on page 1

I don't know what to fill, this is my situation

I am the sponsor ( huband ) and I am a Canadia
I am sponsoring my wife
Our son aready is a canadian

So what numbers shall I put and where in those questions

Also what shall I fill in page 2 of the application which sections

Hello,
I assume that you are filling out IMM 5481. If so, #4 is filled out for you. #5a should be (1) If you are just sponsoring your wife. 5b, put (0) in each box, in 6a put (0) and in 6b put (1) for your son If your son was born a Canadian and he is dependent on you. Make Sure you provide the details of your son on the back of that page.
For #7 You should have (3).
On the Second Page, Write "Not Applicable" in questions 5.B) i), 5.B) ii), 5.B)iii), 5.B)iv), 6.A).
In 6. B) write your sons name here.
