Urgent, please help 3 months left PGWP, timeline for LMIA?

Hi guys, I am on post grad work permit expiring July 2016, i have 2 yrs work experience and CRS 469, i had an ITA in December but my app got rejected for PCC erorr, now the quotas have gone up and I am worried i wont get an ITA in time to apply for BOWP, so I am trying to get PNP again and also seeing if my employer can get LMIA, how long does LMIA take and is it an easier process if the worker is on PGWP (they dont have to conduct interviews or something?)

Very positive that you will get ITA in the next couple of draws.

Keep your application ready and submit and as soon as you get ITA and apply for BOWP using ur AOR.

LMIA takes forever, IIRC anywhere between 2-5 months and PNP EE stream is even longer.

My lmia got approved within 10 days after submitting. Beforehand my employer had to advertise for 4 weeks
