Hi Everyone, my sister received a letter from ircc stating this.

“I am unable to verify the Canadian work experience you have provided for X as it does not appear to correlate with the NOC 13110 - Administrative Assistants”

She had earlier submitted offer letter and reference letter with her application. Has anyone ever received such or have an idea on what to do.

I’d appreciate responses please .

No, it is NOC 13110.
So what are her duties. That is the issue. Her duties, not title, may match 14101. She would know the difference. IRCC doesn't think her NOC is 13110.

Get a lawyer to help since she knows what NOC the duties really match.

In her role, X was responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. Her duties included maintaining accurate financial records and general ledgers, preparing invoices, processing payments, and completing monthly reconciliation activities. She also assisted with budget preparation and monitored expenses to support effective financial management.

X independently managed daily office operations, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance, and managing complex schedules and calendars. She provided administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring timely communication, document preparation, and coordination of internal processes.

Additionally, X was responsible for inventory administration, which involved maintaining and updating inventory tracking systems, monitoring stock levels, managing reorder processes, conducting monthly inventory counts, and preparing variance and inventory reports. She regularly liaised with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment of stock.

Throughout her employment, X contributed to special administrative projects and process improvements, assisted with training new staff on administrative procedures, and consistently maintained strict confidentiality when handling company and client information.

These are the duties that was listed on her experience letter.

She needs a lawyer because that doesn't match the NOC's responsibilities. She would know that and should be working with HR and lawyer.
