Foreign Experience letter for CEC

Hi All,

I have recently received invitation for CEC.
I have 2 years of experience in India as Customer Service - Technical which falls under NOC 2.

However, I have offer letter, relieving letter, pay slips, bank statements and tax forms. But my employer is refusing to give me the letter and asking me to use the date I have.
Any suggestion on how to proceed with foreign experience? I'm scared that this might affect my PR application.

I checked with my colleagues and Team lead to write a letter for me but they refused it too.

Well you need a job letter so use your contract or any proof of job duties. It has to come from the company, signed and on letterhead. Assume you included the experience in any study and work permit applications.
