Urgent!!! Passport request not attatchment...

My husbands passport request was NOT an attachment to the email, but it was the email itself.

When i tried to help him print it out, it looked funny.
The URL of the page was on the bottom, and the GMail logo at the top.

The appendix B section was cut in half...

If we fill it up as it is, will it be okay since it will have the required information? Or no?

It shows his UCI, and the application Number. The government of canada logo also shows.

It just looks a little funny.

He has 5 days to submit the letter, his photographs and passport to VFS manila. He will go monday.

Please help.

if you linked your sponsorship application to your online account......you should receive the passport request letter in your online account for download.

Will advice that whatever you have now to meet the deadline and include an explanation regarding the distorted attachment.......submit the letter, his photographs and passport to VFS manila to meet the deadline and contact them to help fix the distorted attachment..
