Could anyone help me with regards to my NOC query. I am working as an accounting administrator in a property management area.
My day-to-day job responsibilities are mostly comprised of the following:
I already received ITA and claimed NOC code: 1311 which is related to bookkeeping stuff, because I believed that most of the responsibilities I am doing relate to bookkeeping. Now, my problem is that if my company does provide me the reference letter which comprises the above duties, am I going to get questioned by the Immigration officer, or my application may have a chance of refusal because of the NOC 1311.

- Preparing monthly rent rolls
- Preparing LTB documents to send to tenants such N4 (notice to terminate early), N2 (Notice of rent increase), and other LTB forms, which are all related to property management,
- Set-up new tenant accounts in the computerized system
- Entering cash receipts
- Review tenant account balance and coordinate with the manager to settle arrears
- Prepare accounting reports, such as monthly arrears report, financial statement report, and many other accounting reports
- Process tenant move-outs
- Entering accounting adjustments/corrections to existing tenant accounts
