Hello everyone.

I have tried to send an email with require documents to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca many times since yesterday. However, I haven't receive the usual automatic reply email that says: "This is an automatic acknowledgement of your e-mail addressed to the Case Processing Centre - Ottawa (CPC-O)"

Have you ever submitted any email to this email address since yesterday and today? If so, have you received the automatic acknowledgement email?

Please advise me.

Please let me know. Is it possible to control and block an client's email address by CIC.
Is there sometimes CIC has technical problem issue of their email?
I really confused on this matter.
