Hi everyone,

Can anyone please help me in this question. "Does Avia have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada?"
Is it just immediate family members or actual relatives. I do have grandparents who are permanent resident and uncle and aunt who are citizen. Do I have to mention them in here and also under immediate family section?

Because during the express entry profile creation I said "No" to the question asked that if have any relative.
Kindly please help! Only few days left to submit. Thank you

If you’re not claiming points at all, you can just say NO.

If you read the CEC eligibility, there’s no requirement for you to declare relatives who have Canadian citizenship or PR. If you’re also not claiming points for it, then you don’t need to declare it.

CEC would only give you points for siblings so saying Yes or No makes no difference. I'm pretty sure that if you answer yes a follow-up question will also you whether any of these relatives a siblings and that would be the end of it
