Here's the case. My sister processed her PR application in the Philippines, which on June 2023, Manila Immigration asked her for a passport request for the PR stamping. However, she is in Canada right now therefore she asked the visa office for a virtual landing on July 2023. She's having problem right now because, she is scheduled to visit Philippines last week of August 2023 but she has not received her PR Portal credentials yet so with her eCOPR. What are your thoughts about this? Can she still proceed with the passport submission when the virtual landing/PR Portal has not made yet?
