Urgent ! Need help for moving province for PR

I have completes my 2 years of post graduate certificate from Ontario.

My background is BSC IT from India with no work experience .
I completed 2 years of study in Canada Ontario.
Now to get easy pr which province should I move ?
As I don't have any work experience from my country and even completing 1 year of experience of NOC B in my Post graduate work permit wouldn't fetch me much point to file for PR.
So plz suggest me where should I move to get an PR ?

Each Province has their own nomination programme, if you're looking for that; Google is your friend. There's a Federal programme as well, but they run at a different speed. Whatever is "Easiest" is up for debate, but you should expect either residency, relationship or rare skillset requirements to be a major component of the process. Also, "easy" undermines the idea that Permanent Residency is something to be worked for and cherished once obtained to certain readers; it may imply "gaming the system", so it would be prudent to be careful in using the term.
