Urgent: IELTS Question in new June 2014 IMM0008ENU_2D form

This is a new field recently added to the form june 2014. Can I say yes even if my ielts score is not valid now? or should it be no?

I'm applying under a category in which ielts is not required. Please help.

If IELTS is not required and you are eligible and will most likely pass without it, then say "No", it's easier.

Thanks Roman. I'm applying in NOC B and for that ielts is not a requirement. I agree with you to say no but one thing that i still have doubt is they don't clearly specify if it has to be a valid ielts or anything done is history is good. Also, since m filling TRV form 5257e at same time, I just realized same ielts question is there in new TRV 5257e form as well. Now Just wondering if having say yes would affect in other way. Call'd a friend who actually said yes for TRV. Wanted to share whats crossing in my mind. What are your thoughts? do you recommend to say no for both imm0008 (Generic application for Canada) and TRV 5257e form (Temp. Resident Visa).

Anybody? I'm confused whether or not say yes for ielts in immm0008 and imm5257E forms.

Why is your IELTS report invalidated? Is it out of date or what? In this case it is the same if you had no IELTS report at all, so answer negative.

I see. if ielts is not required in your application, no need to declare it..

Then it's the same as if you had no ielts report at all. Don't mention it.
