Slow down a bit! You seem pretty excited and in a hurry to go "TOGETHER".

It is easier to get married and take your spouse to Miami than it is to Canada!

You will also need a lot more documentation and processing in INDIA just after marriage. Such as:
1. Marriage Certificate
2. Name shows-up on adhar card
3. Surname Change - to reflect in all documents, banks, insurances, property papers if any
4. Aadhar Card Name, Address Change (for your wife)
5. Legal Affidavits etc.

These are needed as per anti-human trafficking laws worldwide. These processes itself will take nothing less than 6 months.
Remember Aadhar Card is to India, what is the Social Security ID is to US/Canada. Its one of the most important documents.

So if you have to go first and then she comes there after 6-8 months, just let it be. Processes are made with lawful intent. You may be genuine but there are 1000 spouses already waiting before yours! There is no shortcut, no matter how rich/powerful/genuine/deserving you are - you have to go through the right stages step by step in the queue. (Which is why its the World's best & lawful country to be in).

If you are absolutely set on going together, you could return your COPR and visa and tell the VO that you are getting married. Once you are married, send all the documents and include your spouse's medical and police checks, and then wait until you both get your PR. That way you can wait together and go together.

Otherwise, you'll have to wait like everybody else. As a PR, you can only sponsor your spouse while residing in Canada. It's difficult for spouses to get a TRV, since their ties to Canada are strong, but you can try.

What if she get transfer internally within her firm to toronto??
Internal transfers also requite a work permit. First the job has to be available here then comes getting the work permit through LMIA.
