Urgent~~~~~~~~~ How long can I take my Travel document for PR in LA?

Hi guys. I lost my Canadian PR card in US and then I need apply the travel document for PR. The website show the processing time is min 30 days.

I need go back soon before Jan 2nd. Can I get it quickly if I fly to LA and submit in person? How long can I take it if I mailed to the VAC?

You can mail it to the VAC or just take it a trip there as it sound urgent.
