I came to Canada in 2010 as a student from India. I came here through an immigration agent and my agent put 1 year work experience in my file to get me a visa. But he didn't give me any paper related to that experience. I got my visa and I came here. In Canada, I apply for my study permit and work permit renewal for 2 to 3 times and I didn't show my India 's work experience. I even apply for my open work permit without that work experience and I got 3 years wok permit too. So basically right now I am a open work permit holder in Canada.
Recently, I came to know that not showing Indian's work experience in my application is count as misrepresentation of documents. For this reason, I might not get my Canadian PR. I am very tense right now. Can anyone suggest me any solution?????????
