He is currently charged with assault for domestic violence and is lawyer is telling it will be mostly withdrawn. He had all documents ready for express entry. In case the charges are withdrawn will he able to apply for express entry attaching all the court documents?
Will he be able to travel to india after the charges are withdrawn or should he wait until finger print and photo is destructed? Will it be a problem at CBSA when he returns from India?
Also will he ever be able to apply for visitor visa in U.S for withdrawnn charges?Can he do that after his fingerprint destruction is done?
And have people with withdrawn charges got PR earlier?
