I am working full-time on a PGWP.
My husband has recently applied for his study permit.
My visa to come back to Canada expired two weeks ago and I am looking to reapply for a visa.
I am suddenly faced with personal circumstance where I absolutely need his presence to support me.
Can I include my husband in my visa application process while his study permit application is still in process? Is there any ruling against this?
I would really appreciate all of your guidance, I do not want to risk any of us getting rejected just because of me applying for him.
