Urgent help! Study permit issued with a 1 month validity

Some back story. Applied for a study permit from inside Canada in September. The study permit was approved last week and mailed to the immigration consultant's office. Picked it up today and the study permit says "Must leave Canada by March 30, 2020 " What is this? What now?

Edit to add: The program is 6 months with a 6-month practicum after. The study permit issue date is 2020/02/28. The permit expiry date is 2020/03/30. Is this a typo? Waiting for the consultant to call back, his assistant had no clue what this was about.

Likely a clerical error. Send an urgent Webform to IRCC.
