Urgent help seeked on What visa to apply?

Can anyone please guide me on the following situation.

My fiance (Indian Citizen) went on student visa in Dec 2011.Now he has got a work permit till January 2014.We are getting married in April 2013.ON what visa should I apply so that after wedding I can accompany him back to Canada.I am a Indian citizen too.

Depending on his work permit. If he is skilled worker, you may be able to apply for open work permit, but depending on the province you are going.
If not skilled, you can come as visitor. Or else, you want study, you can apply for study permit.
