Urgent help required!!

Hi,

I am applying to extend the stay for my parents, they are here on Visa visa, their 6 months are going to be complete in mid September. i am applying online, I have uploaded all the required docs, but there is no option to upload the picture for my father (who is the secondary applicant, my mom is the main applicant). My question is, don't they require picture for the secondary applicant? or am I missing something?

Please advise urgently.

Be sure to answer correctly the online tool, double check if necessary.

If the photos do not appear then they are not needed.
