Hello Guys,

I am facing the same issue now. I have submitted my parents Visitors visa and my father is applicant 1 and mother is applicant 2 but my mother received the biometric request ( within 24 hours ) but there is no update on my fathers applicant. Is there a time line for this? How many days we need to wait to get an update for the second applicant?

As per them it can take 5 business days, if still not then send an email.

I faced the same, father being main applicant. mother got biometrics on same day but father didn't.
I emailed/webform IRCC saying after doing some digging, I have found out because of the glitch in the system my father didn't get it and my mother being a member got it.
they send biometrics request for my father on the same day, even though it was Sunday
