Urgent help required ( procedural fairness letter sent by cic)

Hi guyz,

I received procedural fairness letter for my adhar card , which I used to do my canada medicals , and unfortunately the photos are not matching of my passport and my adhar card , and they have mentioned in the letter that they find the remaining details matching but the photo to be suspicious , so Please help me out on how can I prove that the adhar card belongs to me and how to create a connection between my adhar card and passport , so the visa officials are satisfied with the justification , as we all know , how our adhar photos are , Guyz any of your input would be appreciated, I have been waiting for cic reply since 3 months now , I receive the first reply as the procedural fairness letter, I don't know what has to be done, Thanks to all in advance..

You need to provide genuine documentation.

I have provided genuine document.., due to the difference in the time of photo taken , the photo has a huge difference , all documents are authentic..!

Was this a required document or why did you submit it? If you have time I suggest you go update the photo (if the card number remains the same?) Then submit that with an explanation that it was a poor old photo. Also check the Adhaar website there might be other proof you can include.

Ya , but as the VO is quite suspicious , about the difference in photo, so I am thinking of showing the issue date of my Adhar card and my passport ..

Ya I had submitted my adhar at cmm medicals, thats y i had submitted my adhar along with the application., ya i am planning to do that , as i don't feel it will be a good idea to change the photo , I am planning to explain the case and provide supportive documents like first issue date of Adhar (like enrollment letter) and the document from which I had obtained adhar card, like my old passport , I gave them details of authentication and digitally signed and validated adhar card from the UIDAI., hopefully that should suffice.
