I HAVE APPLIED FROM LONDON IN JAN 2006 WHEN I WAS IN ENGLAND ON STUDENT STATUS. GOT UPDATED LETTER WHEN I ALREADY MOVED BACK TO MY HOME COUNTRY IN APRIL 2009, I HAVE SEND IELTS, POLICE CERTIFICATE, NEW FORMS, BANK STATEMENTS TO CHC LONDON, MY QUESTION IS THAT, WILL THIS SITUATION EFFECT ON MY APPLICATION? ALSO IF THERE WON'T BE ANY PROBLEMS HOW CHC LONDON DEAL MY CASE FURTHER LIKE HOW THY WIL ASK ME FOR MEDICAL OR VISA STAMPING?
IF SENIOR MEMBERS HAVE SEEN SAME SITUTION LIKE MINE PLEASE SHARE THIS TO ME. ALSO SUGGEST ME WHT I HAVE TO DO

CHC will communicate with the address they have on file. You can change it to your home country if you want and CHC will communicate from London to your home country.
You can do the medical anywhere in the world. You can send in your passport for stamping but depending on where you come from, some countries do not allow their citizens to mail their passports internationally. If you come from a country like that, then you may have to go in person to London.

On the other hand, you can also transfer your case to your home country's visa office but it is at the descretion of CIC to do that. It might also be slower or faster in your home country depending on your home country.
