Urgent help required - filling ITA appplication

Hi guys,

My friend who is big fan of CanadaVisa forum recommended me to this forum for your help. ). I got ITA few days back.

Sorry for asking silly questions : and thanks in advance for sharing your views with me.

I am Medical Practitioner and worked in NOC code for 3112(Medical Practitioner) for 4 years, 9 months and 2 year in 4011 (University professors and lecturers.
I am wondering, CIC will consider my both NOC experience or CIC will consider only my experience of NOC 3112; in second case will it affect my points against experience?

Education:

Do I need to upload Matric (Secondary school Certificate) and Higher Secondary School Certificate as well with my MBBS degree? I have MCC assessment.

Application/profile details
In which province or territory does ABC intend to reside?
In which city/town does ABC intend to reside?
My spouse is IT specialist, and I am Medical Practitioner. We have no family or friend in Canada. We selected Toronto to reside in Canada. Any thoughts on job opportunities and preference of Visa Officer on selecting Toronto (or similar big cities)


Experience/work:
I didn't visited the Express Entry from few months, and in this time I left old organization and joined new one. I have changed now in ITA, but not in application or profile.
Do I need to change at both ITA and Profile?

Experience Spouse:
We claimed points for spouse IELTS and Education, Zero points for his experience, DO I need to remove all his experience from application.

Looking forward for your guidance.

They will judge you against both, however - points for experience maxes out after 3 years... so person with 3+ years experience and 20+ years experience have same number of points for work experience.
You need to select 3112 as your main NOC code.

Education:

No. Just bachelors and wahtever degree above that... marks sheet, degrees and WES (or MCC) should be uploaded along with IELTS

No, you can put whatever province or city you want (provided you did not apply for PNP program)

No need to change. You have personal history sheet post ITA form... you can mention your latest job details there... (If you only mention in personal history, you dont need to provide supporting documents for the same. Mention this in the LOE document)

Yes, remove work experience of spouse as it gives 0 points regardless... for Spuse IELTS and education, you need to all all the documents mentioned above by me
