Hello everyone
I am new here and international student .I was an independent(libre) student cycle superior(3rd cycle) at universite de Montreal for 3 semesters(20221-2022) . I got an admission of D.E.S.S at fall semester(1year special diploma ). I send a request to MIFI(MIDI) to issue a new CAQ for 2nd cycle, I have had a CAQ for cycle superior and it is still valid for one year later(2023). The MIFI ask me for the reasons why I was part time at some semesters, how can I respond to MIFI in order to get my new CAQ without any rejection ?. It is necessary to mention that during last 2 years, I have face with pandemique situation in Quebec and Canda as well.
