I applied as an university professor in december 2009. But unfortunately i cant send my full documents in time (May 22nd).
Now noc 4121 (university professor) is unavailable.

and still i do not get my refund money

I work in University Grant Commission of Bangladesh. My occupation is Associate Professor & Chief Electricians

Now can i apply for 7241 Electricians (Except Industrial & Power System) or 7242?

Can anyone tell me?

if your job duties match a job in the ministerial list then you can apply as FSW1. Only you know your duties.

I am curious, you are an associate professor and a chief electrician at UGC?
