send the scan copies of the new passport to the visa office which is dealing your application

Beside registered postal mail, use the link below to send a Case Specific Enquiry to New Delhi (if your file is being process there) and attach scanned copy of your new PP

send the scanned copy of ur new ppt n call n intimate them . i guess , thy would be asking for new pcc as well

Yes , once send them a case specific inquiry as well ..I think it should serve the need
