I applied for PR card renewal before travelling to India last August. The renewal was said to be approved in the third week of September. My friend has already got the pr card as he has key to my home.
I have obviously travelled with my old pr card which IRCC says that can be valid only up to 60 days after the issuance of the card.
As my return date is after 60th day, is it okay to get the card couriered to india to my address? Will there be any issue at the immigration?
Also suggest a courier service which can deliver the card in a week?

Yes, you can have it sent, no issue with Canadian immigration.

I can't help you with courier. Note that some countries don't 'like' official documents through mail/courier (and the PR card has an RFID chip). You can ask the courier companies - or if you know anyone travelling to India, they could carry it.
