I applied for PR card renewal before travelling to India last August. The renewal was said to be approved in the third week of September. My friend has already got the pr card as he has key to my home.
I have obviously travelled with my old pr card which IRCC says that can be valid only up to 60 days after the issuance of the card.
As my return date is after 60th day, is it okay to get the card couriered to india to my address? Will there be any issue at the immigration?
Also suggest a courier service which can deliver the card in a week?

At the Canadian/sending end, it is OK to have a PR card mailed/couriered.

Whether that is OK at the receiving end depends on the importation rules for the country it is being sent to.

Others may know India's laws and importation rules better than I do (any knowledge of India's rules is more than I know). Likewise in regards to who provides reliable courier service to India.

Whether there are immigration issues at the Port-of-Entry when you arrive here depends on whether there you have any inadmissibility issues. For example, as long as you are in compliance with the Residency Obligation, there should not be any RO enforcement concerns (no risk of being subject to inadmissibility proceedings for a breach of the RO).
