Urgent help needed

Pls can anyone help,i m abt to submit my doc to CIO.I Dont understand what notarized photocopied doc means.how and where can i get it done.a bit confused.any idea is welcome.

Any photocopy of your original document should be attested by a notary in your area. When notary attest it by signing with his seal and date, it is notarized. Check with your friends or family in your town where is a Notary available. Usually they have offices near the civil govt offices and courts.
