Urgent help needed

Please help I have got an invitation to apply but my temporary resident visa has expired.The bls international says they cannot issue me a pcc but I have a valid work permit till January 2016.Please help me in this regards.

Strange.......I never renewed my TRV since I was student and got the PCC twice from BLS
