Hi everyone,

I have this doubt about how much eligible work experience can I show in my EOI.

I have following work experience:

1. March 2012 - May 2013 = 15 months (Full time in Honeywell International India, have already obtained my employer reference letter)

2. August 2014 - August 2015 = 12 months (Internship at Keysight Technologies during my Masters program in the UK so I was still on tier 4 student visa during this employment ; Full time employment, have all my pay slips and documents, worked more than 37.5 hrs/week)

3. June 2016 - Present = 9 months [Finished my Masters and came back to India in May 2016] (Working in a small company, can obtain Employer reference letter, however the line of work here does not match my last qualification that is MSc Electronics. I am handling accounts and general management here)

I have already submitted my application (EOI) in September 2016 after checking with couple of visa consultancies in Delhi that I cannot use number '2' experience! So, just used '1' at that time and my CRS score is 405 (I am not taking any consultancy services as of now).

So, if I add '1' and '3' and do not consider '2' now, my experience becomes 2 years but it doesn't make any difference to my CRS! (still 405)
BUT, if I can use '2' now and show my experience as 3 years, my CRS shoots to 417! :)

Question 1 - Can I use work experience '2' ?

Question 2 - Will it create any negative impression on my application as I could've already shown this experience and if I add it now it might look suspicious??

Question 3 - Will the mismatch in my qualification and my most recent work experience ('3') pose any potential problems (saw a video where a visa was rejected based on this very reason) ??

Any help will be appreciated! ;)

Thanks
Good Luck to all

Question 1 - Can I use work experience '2' ? A: Yes, you can for any study outside Canada, work experience is counted.

Question 2 - Will it create any negative impression on my application as I could've already shown this experience and if I add it now it might look suspicious?? A: No, not at all.

Question 3 - Will the mismatch in my qualification and my most recent work experience ('3') pose any potential problems (saw a video where a visa was rejected based on this very reason) ?? A: No, not at all as long as your roles and responsibilities match with the NOC that you quote for that work experience.

Any help will be appreciated! ;)

Thanks

Thanks CanadaWeCome :)

This means I will have several different NOCs!! Around 3, I think. I have used 2282 as my NOC in my EOI that I submitted in September 2016.

What should I do with the remaining NOCs?? Do I need to use them?

Will it create a confusion with the immigration officer after looking at several different NOCs in my application?

And, What documents MUST I have to prove my work experience (eg - do I need payslips? or joining letter?)

Thanks again!

You need at least one NOC with a minimum of continuous one year of experience in the last ten years. That may be your primary NOC. You can choose to add any other if you have.

You need reference letters as per IRCC requirements from employers to prove your employments.

Thanks..

But do I need to have payslips and joining letter as well?

Not mandatory, unless specially asked for.
